How Can I Get Slim Thick Like Kim Kardashian?

HOW CAN I GET SLIM THICK LIKE KIM KARDASHIAN

Ever heard the term “slim thick”?

Basically, it refers to a woman with a curvaceous bum, thighs, and bosom — who is also slim, especially around the waist.

Thus, its association with Kim Kardashian Brazilian (BBL).

Now, this body shape certainly isn’t meant for everyone. And it’s definitely important to remember that “in” body types always change with time. Still, the past few years have made it quite clear that curvy figures are the silhouette du jour and probably here to stay … for a while at least.

Up ahead, we’ll go over some of the best ways to achieve a slim thick figure for yourself, through both cosmetic procedures and lifestyle changes. First, though, let’s take a closer look at the term itself and what it means.

What Does It Mean to Be “Slim Thick”?

“Slim thick” is slang for a body type that can be defined as a larger bosom, super-slim waist, and wide hips / large buttocks. It’s basically the epitome of an hourglass figure for women.

A Recent History of the Slim Thick Body Shape

In the 1990s, it was the super skinny look that was totally in. Young ladies and adult women wanted to look like Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Moss, and Gwen Stefani. Stars of the screen were ultra-thin, and models were even thinner. As the 90s became the early 2000s, the trend carried on. But as 2010 arrived and the second decade of the 21st century began, having a more curvaceous body became preferred.

Today, curvy women are some of the most beautiful women we see on the covers of magazines and in TV and movies. Certainly, one of the most beautiful women of our age is reality star Kim Kardashian .

Kim Kardashian has a gorgeous figure with a slim waist and a flat stomach. But she also has ultra-curvaceous thighs and a “bubble butt.” She has a large chest as well, so the end result is a stunning hourglass figure.

How to Get Slim Thick Like Kim Kardashian

If you’re interested in getting a slim thick body, there are several steps you can take to achieve this goal.

First, fitness gurus and diet experts will tell you that you can get a slim thick body by doing certain exercises or eating certain foods. This is probably true to some degree, but it may not be an achievable solution for everyone.

Additionally, genetics always have at least something to do with your body shape. If your mother, grandmothers, sisters, and aunts tend to have an hourglass figure, chances are, you will too. Body shapes tend to run in families as a general rule.

With all of that said, trying to achieve a slim thick shape solely through diet and exercise is probably impossible. Likewise, you can’t change your genes.

Therefore, we are left with the question: Is there any other way to achieve a slim thick figure?

The answer is yes — through specific cosmetic treatments like hip dip surgery, you can alter your body shape in all the right places so as to achieve a silhouette that is very similar to that of Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, and other famous curvy women.

Let’s take a look at some of the key procedures that are recommended if “slim thick” is your goal.

Recommended Cosmetic Procedures for a Slim Thick Figure

Kim Kardashian Slim ThickBrazilian Butt Lift

The Brazilian butt lift (BBL) procedure is our number one recommended procedure if you’re looking to have a slim thick body. Check out our BBL before and after pictures to get an idea of what this surgery can achieve.

A Brazilian butt lift is a procedure that takes fat from areas of your body where you don’t want it (like your abdomen, flanks, or upper arms) and places it around your hips and buttocks.

The end result is that you get slimmer around your waist and in other areas where you want to reduce. And, at the same time, you add volume and plumpness around your hips — giving you that signature hourglass figure.

Brazilian butt lifts are very hot right now. There are numerous celebrities and women you probably know yourself who have had BBLs — although it’s not generally flaunted that they have. The procedure involves liposuction, which is mildly invasive. But, in general, it’s a minimally invasive procedure that gives amazing results.

The great thing about a BBL is that you don’t need hip or buttocks implants to add volume to this area of your body. The results are also permanent.

Moreover, Dr. Sieber has an incredibly good eye for where exactly to harvest fat and where to place it around your thighs and buttocks to give you the optimal shape. Naturally, he’ll speak directly with you about the exact figure you’re hoping to achieve and use this to guide him.

Breast Augmentation

Having a shapely waist-to-hip ratio is generally the focus of the slim thick body type. But having an ample bosom is another key feature of this beautiful shape.

Breast augmentation is a procedure that involves increasing the overall volume and size of the breasts. This can be achieved in different ways. See our breast augmentation before and after photos to see the results of this procedure.

Certainly, when most people think of breast augmentation, they think of implants, and this is true to an extent. Patients can go up several bra cup sizes by getting either silicone or saline implants. Implants can be chosen based on a number of factors, and Dr. Sieber can help you find the exact size and shape to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

There’s another option for augmenting your breast size as well, though, and that’s the breast fat transfer process, which has become increasingly popular in recent years.

The breast fat transfer process is much like the Brazilian butt lift process. Unwanted fat is taken from areas like the upper arms, abdomen, or flanks (love handles) via liposuction. It is then transferred into the breasts to add volume there. The results are ultra-natural looking, and they’re long-lasting. Moreover, you don’t have to worry about implants possibly leaking over time.

One thing to keep in mind with breast fat transfer is that you can’t go up too many bra sizes because, essentially, only a certain amount of fat can be transferred, no matter your body type. Moreover, remember that you have to have enough excess fat to begin with if you want to achieve any change at all. If you tend to be thin overall, this might not be the best breast augmentation solution for you, and in this case, implants could be a viable option

Tummy Tuck

Tummy Tuck Slim ThickThe tummy tuck procedure is another option for women seeking the slim thick body type.

With a tummy tuck, patients will have excess skin removed from their abdomen. Often, a tummy tuck is combined with liposuction, so excess fat on the abdomen is reduced as well. The procedure varies, depending on the individual patient’s ultimate goals. But basically, incisions are made in discreet areas of the abdomen. Dr. Sieber will then go in with a liposuction needle to remove excess fat, if necessary.

The skin will then be drawn down much like a window shade. If needed, the belly button will be relocated as well. The excess skin will be cut off from the bottom, and the skin will then be replaced and stitched up below the bikini line so that it is not noticeable when wearing panties or bikini bottoms.

Liposuction

Liposuction is often a procedure that is combined with other procedures such as a Brazilian butt lift, fat transfer breast augmentation, tummy tuck, or mommy makeover.

Essentially, liposuction is the permanent removal of fat cells. The procedure is minimally invasive. It involves Dr. Sieber making extremely small incisions at key locations where the fat is to be removed. A thin hollow metal needle called a cannula is then inserted. The technique from here varies depending on the specific procedure that is to be performed. But, in general, the fat will then be agitated in some way so that it can be removed more easily.

If the fat is not going to be reinserted and therefore does not need to be processed, it will simply be discarded. From there, the incisions will be closed, and the patient will be left with a slimmer, smoother silhouette.

Breast Lift

The breast lift procedure differs from breast augmentation in that no volume is added. In other words, you may not go up a bra size if you get a breast lift necessarily. Instead, breast lifts tend to be good for women whose breasts are drooping and sagging.

If you look in the mirror without a shirt on and see that your nipples fall below the crease line of your breasts, you may need a breast lift. Another test is to take a pencil and put it beneath the breast in the breast crease. If the pencil does not fall when you move your hand away, you may need a breast lift. This procedure is excellent for mature women and is one of the key procedures often included in mommy makeovers.

Breast lifts vary depending on the needs of the patient and the desired outcome. But generally speaking, small incisions are made on or around the breasts. Then, Dr. Sieber will go in and literally raise up the breasts and reposition the tissue and nipples. The result will be perkier breasts that sit higher up on the chest and don’t need as much help from bras and other undergarments.

Other things You Can Do to Get Slim Thick

In addition to the procedures outlined above, there may be some lifestyle changes you can make to help you achieve your desired silhouette. The slim thick body type is difficult to achieve without cosmetic procedures, but patients often find that when they combine lifestyle changes with key procedures such as the Brazilian butt lift and fat transfer breast augmentation, they are able to achieve the body type they’re looking for.

Here are a few lifestyle changes to consider as you work toward your ultimate body shape:

Weight Maintenance

Naturally, achieving your ideal weight is one of the first steps you should look at when you want to change your body shape. Everyone has a different ideal weight, depending on their overall physicality and their personal preferences.

Some individuals may want to add curves by increasing their calorie intake and incorporating some muscle toning exercises. Or, if you would like to go down a clothing size or more, consider changing your diet and exercise routine to achieve that goal. Ideally, some of the cosmetic procedures outlined above can help you adjust your figure in key ways as well.

Cardio and Strength Training to Get Slim Thick

Many dietitians and nutrition experts say that your body shape is largely “made in the kitchen.” This means that if you want to lose weight or change your body shape, you should primarily focus on what you eat and how often you eat. With that said, you can also do some strength training exercises to shape your body and cardio to slim up as well.

Even just getting a good walk in every day is a good idea, or if you like to run, jog, cycle, or play a sport, that’s excellent cardio as well. As far as strength training goes, some good exercises for increasing the size of your buttocks include:

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Glute bridges
  • Donkey kicks

Clothing Choices

Lastly, don’t forget about the way you style yourself. The slim thick body shape is all about putting the focus on your hips and buttocks and slimming the look of your waist. Simply by wearing high-rise jeans and A-line skirts and dresses that cinch at the waist, you can accentuate an hourglass figure and even simulate the shape you’re looking for.
